Lauren Y. Smith, 20, of Strauss Rd., Lockport, is charged with assault 2nd, a felony, after an investigation into an assault complaint at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center during the Meek Mill and Future concert on September 15, 2019.
Smith allegedly punched a female victim in the face and broke her jaw bone.
Smith was arraigned in Darien Town Court and was released on her own recognizance.
She will re-appear in court on October 17, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Zackary V.D. Seeley, 22, of Lyman Rd., Bergen, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly throwing a 16oz. Dr. Pepper bottle at a child and allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on W. Main street road on October 6, 2019.
Seeley had previously been convicted of criminal contempt 1st.
Seeley was apprehended at a separate location and was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court where bail was set at $5,000 cash or bond.
He is scheduled to re-appear in court on October 21, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
