GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Warsaw man jailed without bail after allegedly stealing a hand gun and jewelry

Gary W. Hensley, 44, of Burke Hill Rd., Warsaw, is charged with burglary 2nd/illegal entry of a dwelling, and grand larceny 4th/firearm, after allegedly entering a residence on Gilhooly road in Alexander on September 7, 2019 at 10:45a.m. and allegedly stealing a hand gun and jewelry.

Hensley was arraigned in Alexander Town Court on October 16, 2019 and is being held without bail due to prior felony arrests.

He is scheduled to re-appear in Alexander Town Court on November 12, 2019 at 4:00p.m.

Gregory J. Baker, 39, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with disobeying a mandated court order. On October 15, 2019, Baker was arrested on three counts of criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation into a mental health call.

Baker was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

Jennifer L. Button, 34, of Bennett St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation.

Button allegedly sent text messages to a protected party of an order of protection on October 10, 2019, which was in violation of the order’s conditions.

Button was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 7, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
