Brian N. Miles, 23, of Sixth St., Rochester, was arrested on a City Court warrant after he allegedly failed to appear on a subpoena on September 26, 2019.
Miles is charged with criminal contempt 2nd. He was arraigned before Judge Balbick and jailed on $1,000 bail/bond.
Miles is due back in court on October 17, 2019.
Nateeka M. Gibson, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a larceny investigation at a local grocery store at 45 Ellicott street on October 10, 2019.
Gibson was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 22, 2019.
Shannon G. Draper, 45, of Oak St., Pavilion, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he was observed to be in the presence of a party who has an active stay away order of protection against him.
Draper was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in court yesterday.
