Cook allegedly punched another person with a closed fist.

Justin D. Spilberg, 31, of Saltworks Rd., Medina, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and speeding in a zone following a traffic stop for speeding in the Town of Bergen on N. Lake street road on October 26, 2019.
Spilberg was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 6, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
