Joseph M. Dispenza, 46, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI following an investigation into a one vehicle motorcycle accident on August 4, 2019 on Bank street.
Dispenza was issued uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in City Court on November 6, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Brian K. Dyer, 53, of North St., Batavia, is charge with harassment 2nd after an incident where he allegedly pushed another person on October 22, 2019 on North street.
Dyer was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on October 29, 2019.
Cameron J. Demaison, 23, of Trumbull Pky., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI following a traffic complaint on North street on October 17, 2019.
Demaison was released on appearance tickets and is due in City Court on October 30, 2019.
