With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Republican Durin Rogers has defeated Democrat Benjamin Bonarigo in the race for Batavia City Court Judge.
Rogers won by 215 votes. Rogers with 1,662 and Bonarigo with 1,447.
The numbers are unofficial until certified by the Board of Elections and absentee ballots still need to be returned, however it looks as if those ballots would not be enough to change the results of the race.
In Ward 3 in the Batavia City Council race, Incumbent Republican John Canale had 260 votes while Libertarian Candidate Deborah Kerr Rosenbeck had 166 and Democrat Nicholas Russo had 123.
In Ward 5 in the Batavia City Council race, Incumbent Republican Kathy Briggs had 210 votes while Democratic challenger Sam DiSalvo had 148.
In Genesee County Leg. District 8, Incumbent Marianne Clattenburg won with 684 votes to 159 for Colin McAllister.
