In the early hours of November 8, 2019, in the Village of Perry, Officer David Spink and Officer Gregory Smith arrested Randy L. Frank Jr., 23, of Belfast NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminal possession of marijuana 4th degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, following a traffic stop for speeding in zone.
Frank Jr. was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Perry Village Court on December 3, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
