Jahmaal L. Barnes, 19, of Batavia Stafford Townline Rd., Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd and grand larceny 4th following an investigation.
Barnes allegedly entered the apartment of another person and allegedly stole the person’s debit card on November 14, 2019 at 11:00a.m.
Barnes was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on November 16, 2019 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Barnes will re-appear in court on December 16, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
Stephen A. Marazita, 37, of N. Lake Ave., Apt. 1, Bergen, is charged with criminal tampering 2nd after allegedly tampering with his electric meter to turn the power back on to his residence after it was shut off on October 31, 2019.
Marazita was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 20, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
