Phillip S. Brunson, 32, of Gowanda, NY, was arrested on a warrant on November 14, 2019 after being charged with two counts of harassment 2nd/physical contact in a domestic incident that occurred on Maple street in Batavia on November 24, 2016.
Brunson allegedly slapped and spit in a female’s face and then allegedly shoved another female after a domestic incident.
Brunson was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick.
A 17 year old female was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after an incident outside of a residence on Hutchins Place on November 6, 2019.
The teen threatened to harm people while holding a baseball bat.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ciy Court on November 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
