Stormy M. Watts, 22, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th/credit card, following an investigation where Watts allegedly possessed and attempted to use a stolen Wal-Mart credit card on December 22, 2019 at the Batavia Wal-Mart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
Watts was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
