Deputy Nowak responded to a residence on Route 20A in the Town of Perry for a possible attempted burglary in progress on December 31, 2019.
After speaking with the complainant, who advised that a male had entered the residence without permission while she was home alone with her two grandchildren, it was found that Daniel G. Bailey, 41, of Perry, entered the residence and remained there unlawfully.
Bailey is charged with criminal trespassing 2nd and was arraigned at Warsaw Town Court. He was released and an order of protection was issued protecting the victims.
Bailey is to return to Perry Town Court on January 8, 2020.
