Marissa N. Lehto, 30, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny after an incident that occurred on February 27, 2019, where Lehto allegedly took a wallet containing a credit card from a purse that did not belong to her at 20 Main street.
Lehto was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
