GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/LeRoy man charged after accident on Linwood road

John F. Macintyre, 67, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to keep right following an investigation into a property damage accident on Linwood road on January 11, 2020 at 7:40p.m.

Macintyre was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 4, 2020 at 5:00p.m.

Michael A. Coleman, 44, of Post Ave., Rochester, was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department on January 11, 2020.

Coleman was arrested for having an outstanding arrest and bench warrant out of the Town of Alabama from April 11, 2018. Coleman is facing the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and bail jumping 3rd.

He was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

Coleman is scheduled to re-appear in court on January 15, 2020 at 6:00p.m.

David J. Leroy, 27, of Gabbey Rd., Pembroke, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly responding to another person’s place of employment in the Town of Batavia after being told to cease contact with that person.

Leroy was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
