Jeanette L. Higgins, 43, of Ganson Ave., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly encouraged a juvenile to engage in a physical altercation at 22 Evans street on January 3, 2020 at 8:20p.m.
Higgins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Cristal G. Nesbitt, 39, of Vine St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right after a motor vehicle accident on Chase Park on November 27, 2019 at 12:41p.m.
Nesbitt was processed and is to appear in City Court on January 28, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
