STATE POLICE REPORT/Batavia man facing possession of sexual performance by a child charges

James E. Tripp, 58, of Batavia, is charged with three counts of possession of sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, after being arrested on January 21, 2020. The incident occurred on October 13, 2017.

Tripp was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court.

Rodney A. Atkins, 44, of Medina, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, property greater than $1,000, after being arrested on January 18, 2020. The incident occurred on October 26, 2019.

Atkins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court.

Andre L. Roberts, 27, of Rochester, is charged with petit larceny in a shoplifting incident in Oakfield on December 17, 2019.

Roberts was arrested on January 17, 2020 and issued an appearance ticket.

Leah J. Malone, 42, of Castile, NY is charged with suspended registration, a violation, while at the Perry Car Wash on January 14, 2020.

Malone was issued an appearance ticket.

David C. Slocum, 31, of Albion, is charged with welfare fraud 5th, a class A misdemeanor, after being arrested in Albion on January 16, 2020.

The alleged fraud occurred on December 14, 2019.

Slocum was issued an appearance ticket.

Danielle R. Tooley, 35, and David J. Reschke, 28, both of Stafford, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, on January 15, 2020 in Stafford.

Both Tooley and Reschke were issued appearance tickets.
