Robert W. Devos, 31, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, turned himself in at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on January 26th, to be charged with falsely reporting an incident 2nd, after a January 17, 2020 incident at 8204 Park road, the Citgo Gas Station, in the Town of Batavia.
Devos allegedly told patrons and store staff that there was an impending occurrence of an explosion in the store.
Devos was processed at the Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 6, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
