On January 24, 2020, State Police out of Warsaw, arrested Michael J. Snyder, 65, of Attica, NY for driving while intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Route 238 in the town of Orangeville, Troopers determined that Snyder had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Â Snyder failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed that Snyder had a 0.15% BAC.
Snyder was issued appearance tickets for Orangeville Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
