BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman charged after striking a person several times at GCASA

Jennifer L. Stack, 33, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident at GCASA on January 11, 2020.

Stack allegedly struck a person multiple times while at 430 East Main street, GCASA.

Stack was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Ashley E. Quintern, 30, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on January 24, 2020. Quintern allegedly left children without supervision for an hour and a half.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Phillip D. Byford Jr., 29, of S. Platt St., Albion, is charged with two counts of petit larceny, after allegedly stealing beer and food from 204 West Main street, Speedway, on January 24, 2020 at 8:01a.m.

Byford was issued an appearance ticket and released.

At 10:35p.m. on January 24, 2020, Byford again was observed allegedly stealing beer at 204 West Main street, Speedway.

Byford was again issued an appearance ticket.

He will appear in City Court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m. on both charges.

Nateeka M. Gibson, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly entering a local establishment at 99 Jackson street on December 20, 2019, and removing property without paying for it.

Gibson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Robert C. Strollo, 59, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny, after he allegedly put merchandise in his pockets at 577 East Main street, Family Dollar, and attempted to walk out of the store without paying on January 22, 2020.

Strollo was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
