GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Attica woman charged after almost colliding with a deputy’s patrol car

Tamera L. Beitz, 37, of N. Pearl St., Attica, is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, failure to keep right, failure to signal and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on Bethany Center road in Bethany on November 6, 2019 at 11:51a.m.

Beitz nearly struck a Sheriff deputy’s patrol car. She was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Beitz will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 13, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Jacoby L. Green, 20, of Lake St., Perry, is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle crash on Perry road in Pavilion on January 29, 2020 at 4:56a.m.

Green was arraigned in the Town of Pavilion court and will re-appear in court on February 4, 2020 at 3:00p.m.

Matthew R. Hinze, 29, of Genesee St., Attica, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, after an investigation on Sumner road in Darien on January 28, 2020 at 9:15p.m.

Deputies checked on his vehicle that was stopped on the south shoulder of the road.

Hinze was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on February 18, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
