Phillip A. Merrill, 46, of Bernd Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to obey a traffic control device, after deputies responded to a call for a vehicle off the road on Junction road in Pavilion on January 25, 2020 at 2:23a.m.
Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle was attempting to drive his vehicle out of the ditch. After further investigation, Merrill was arrested and charged with DWI.
Merrill will appear in Pavilion Town Court on February 4, 2020 at 3:00p.m.
Gerald R. Soule, 28, of Woodstock Ln., Brockport, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed over 55 mph and refusal to take a breath test, after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Bergen on February 1, 2020 at 1:37a.m.
Soule was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Bergen Town Court on February 5, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
