Firefighters were able to contain a fire in a barn where an electric cattle waterer had an electrical issue at Halo Farms at 4018 Rt. 39, Town of Castile on Sunday night.
Fire crews from Perry, Perry Center, Castile, Gainesville, Silver Springs and Leicester responded to the scene along with Wyoming County Emergency Services about 9:20p.m.
Crews were on scene about one hours and damage to the structure was minor. Estimated loss is $1,000.
