John C. Clark, 51, of Linden Rd., Bethany, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly shining a light into a person’s window over a prolonged and repeated period of time on Linden road on March 2, 2020 at 11:30p.m.
Clark was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Bethany Town Court on March 17, 2020 at 7:00p.m.
Eric H. Hess, 34, of Wells Rd, Little Genesee, NY, is charged with tampering with physical evidence, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd following a traffic stop in the Town of LeRoy on Perry road on February 25, 2020 at 12:35a.m.
Hess was a passenger in the vehicle and allegedly was in possession of marijuana and cocaine, and was attempting to allegedly destroy such evidence after being detained by deputies on scene.
Hess will appear in LeRoy Town Court on March 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
