Phillip D. Byford Jr., 29, of Brockport Spencerport Rd., Brockport, was picked up on two separate warrants out of the City of Batavia Court for failing to appear after appearance tickets were served.
Byford Jr. allegedly stole from a local business at 204 West Main street on January 24, 2020.
Byford Jr. was arraigned in City Court and released.
He is due back in court on March 25, 2020 at 11:00a.m.
Shane R. Reisman, 50, of Montclair Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, failed to stop at a stop sign and refusal to take a breath test, following a traffic stop on Trumbull Parkway on March 2, 2020 at 2:36p.m
Reisman was later released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on March 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
