Simcick was released on appearance tickets and is due in Pavilion Town Court on March 17, 2020 at 3:00p.m.

Jessica L. Revier, 35, of Hall Rd., Holley, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and speed not reasonable and prudent, after allegedly driving her vehicle off the roadway on North Bergen road on March 7, 2020 at 7:13a.m.
Revier was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on March 16, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Baltazar De La Rosa Sifuentes, 26, of Parkland Creek Ln., Chili, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation into a single car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Stafford on Clinton street road at 8:45p.m.
Sifuentes was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on March 17, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
