Taylor L. Finnin, 27, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia 2nd after he was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia on Swan street on March 12, 2020 at 3:49p.m.
Finnin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on April 24, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
