Derrick R. Kio, 29, of North Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he requested the help of law enforcement in removing another person that was not welcome at his residence in LeRoy on March 19, 2020.
Upon arrival, it was discovered that there was an order of protection directing Kio to stay away from the other person. The pair had been living together for quite some time in violation of the order of protection.
Kio was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
