On March 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Keith H. Wilkinson, 33, of East Bethany, NY, for DWI.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Middlebury Road, town of Middlebury and determined that Wilkinson was allegedly impaired by alcohol and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which he subsequently failed.
Wilkinson was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated by alcohol and processed at SP Warsaw. A chemical breath test revealed Wilkinson to have a 0.15% BAC.
Wilkinson was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Middlebury Court later this month.
