BATAVIA POLICE REPORT

Josie R. Panepinto, 18, of Ellicott Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly damaging a person’s property during a domestic incident on Maple street on March 19, 2020.

Panepinto was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

John R. Gorton, no address or age provided, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd following a complaint of two males smoking marijuana in a vehicle at the Eastown Plaza parking lot on March 14, 2020 at 1:12a.m.

A search of the vehicle found that Gorton was allegedly in possession of marijuana.

Gorton was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on March 31, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Douglas J. Taylor, 31, of Church St., Medina, is charged with petit larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument after a larceny incident at 412 East Main street on March 20, 2020.

Taylor was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on May 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Amanda S. McDonald, 36, of Ellsworth Ave., Batavia, is charged with unreasonable noise after she allegedly played loud music at her residence which could be heard several houses away.

The incident occurred on March 13, 2020 at 9:13p.m.

McDonald was processed and then issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 31, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
