On April 6, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Earl J. Perry, 44, of Strykersville NY, for driving while intoxicated, speed not reasonable and open container.
Perry was involved in a two-car property damage accident in the Town of Attica. While interviewing Perry, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly present. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Batavia for processing. Perry recorded a .12% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Attica Court for May 2020
