Luis J. Santiago, 31, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an investigation into a domestic incident on Edwards street on March 28, 2020 at 2:49p.m.
Santiago was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
