WYOMING COUNTY/COVID-19 Update/Two more positive cases reported, total of 36 in the county

Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis, reports:

As of earlier today, Tuesday, April 14th, the Wyoming County Health Department reports there are thirty-six (36) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. This is an increase of 2 cases from Monday, April 13.

Northwest (Attica, Bennington, Orangeville, Sheldon) 10 positive cases, 4 recoveries

Southwest (Arcade, Eagle, Java, Wethersfield) 4 positive cases, 3 recoveries

Southeast (Castile, Gainesville, Genesee Falls, Pike) 7 positive cases, 6 recoveries

Northeast (Covington, Middlebury, Perry, Warsaw) 15 positive cases 8 recoveries 3 deaths

TOTAL 36 positive cases, 21 recoveries 3 deaths *The case previously identified as “OTHER” and now recovered, is reported in the Southeast Quadrant.
