Mark A. Knickerbocker, 22, of Byron, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a box of candy at 5267 Clinton St. Rd., Crosby’s gas station, valued at $48.
Knickerbocker was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on June 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
