Clayton R. Baylor, 23, of Batavia was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Middlebury on April 11, 2020.
Baylor was driving a vehicle which had fled the scene of an attempted burglary in the Village of Warsaw. Wyoming County Sheriff Deputies located and stopped the vehicle on Route 19 in the Town of Middlebury.
Baylor was found in possession of a “blackjack” weapon, and he also performed poorly on field sobriety testing.
Baylor was arrested at the scene of the traffic stop for DWAI/drugs and criminal possession of a weapon 4th. He was processed at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and then turned over to Warsaw Police for further charges in connection to the attempted burglary.
