On April 15, 2020, Deputies were operating stationary patrol on Route 19A, in the Town of Genesee Falls, when a vehicle was observed traveling northbound.
Deputies observed a vehicle and traffic violation and performed a vehicle and traffic enforcement stop on Route 19A at Denton Corners Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Osha Pries, 22, of Perry and a data check showed Pries had a suspended license.
Pries was placed under arrest and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and driver’s view obstructed.
Pries was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Genesee Falls Court at a later date.
