James A. Colantonio, 50, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop in the town of Batavia on West Main street on April 20, 2020 at 9:30a.m.
Colantonio was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
