The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Angel L Fitzpatrick, 32, following a property damage accident on Cascade road in the Town of Attica on April 18, 2020.
During the investigation of the accident, it was discovered that Fitzpatrick was currently suspended in New York for failing to answer a summons.
Fitzpatrick was issued a citation for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and is to answer the charge on June 15, 2020 in Attica Town Court.
