Joseph W. Freeman, 35, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a local business at 587 East Main street on April 18, 2020.
Freeman was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 6, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
