Justin P. Porter, 28, of Bennington St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, unlicensed operator and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on Ellicott street near Swan street in the City of Batavia on April 23, 2020.
Following an investigation, Porter is alleged to have possessed a quantity of marijuana and was allegedly operating his motor vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended in NYS.
Porter was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on June 2, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.
