Alex S. Dumbleton, 26, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd and obstructing governmental administration 2nd, following an investigation into a domestic incident on April 26, 2020.
Dumbleton allegedly subjected a person under the age of 17 to unwanted physical contact and then became physically resistive and uncooperative with officers during the course of the investigation.
He was arraigned in City Court and released. Dumbleton will appear in City Court again on May 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Katrina L. Drake, 30, of Locust St., Lockport, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal contempt 1st, violating an order of protection/physical contact, after an incident on Thorp street on April 1, 2020.
Drake was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 15, 2020 at 10:00a.m.
Lucretia M. Hayes, 49, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a local business at 45 Ellicott street on April 24, 2020.
Hayes was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 2, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
