Bryant L. Evans, 39, of Frost Ave., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, aggravated DWI, DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle after a traffic offense complaint on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on April 29, 2020.
Evans was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
