GENESEE COUNTY SHEIRFF’S REPORT/Holley man charged with DWI and resisting arrest

William G. Silpoch, 46, of Ridge Rd., Holley, is charged with DWI and resisting arrest after allegedly driving a motor vehicle on Sautell road in Bergen, and then being found passed out in the vehicle in the driveway of a residence.

The incident occurred on May 14, 2020 at 7:00p.m.

Silpoch also allegedly resisted arrest while being taken into custody by deputies.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 8, 2020 at 5:00p.m.

Matthew J. Reid, 26, of Buck Rd. Warsaw, is charged with DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and moving from a lane unsafely, after a single vehicle accident in the Town of Pavilion on Telephone road on May 16, 2020 at 10:49p.m.

After further investigation, Reid was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on June 9, 2020 at 3:00p.m.

Justin P. Pawlowski, 41, of Harmony Lane, Cheektowaga, is charged with aggravated DWI/child passenger, DWI, DWI/drugs and failure to keep right after dispatchers received a call of a possible intoxicated driver on Rt. 33 in the Village of Corfu on February 14, 2020 at 9:23a.m.

The vehicle was later observed on Rt. 33 in the Town of Batavia by a civilian witness. The vehicle was then stopped for failing to keep right. An investigation revealed that the driver was allegedly impaired by drugs.

Pawlowski was issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
