The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force along with Batavia Police Officer Rissinger, arrested Christopher Parker, 31, of Morse Place, Batavia, and Joshua Williams, 30, of Portland Ave, Rochester on May 21, 2020, after a traffic stop.
Parker and Wiliams are each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd , a violation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a misdemeanor. Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on June 16, 2020.
Shawn P. Stevens, 42, of Hundredmark Rd., Elba, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident on May 16, 2020 in Elba.
Stevens allegedly violated an order of protection.
He will appear in Elba Town Court on July 1, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
