On May 29, 2020, Taylor K. Laird, 27, of Mechanic St., Byron, was arrested and charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI/child in the vehicle, and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The arrest follows a check the welfare call at a business on West Main street.
The NYS Police assisted in the investigation.
Laird was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on July 22, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
