Nathan P. Crawford, 25, of Old Meadow Ln., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and failure to obey a traffic control device, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Batavia on May 21, 2020.
Crawford was stopped following the observation of a violation of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law. After an investigation, it was discovered that Crawford allegedly possessed a quantity of marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 24, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Brittany L. Bolton, 20, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt after being found in the presence of a person listed as a protected party in the Town of Stafford.
Bolton was fingerprinted, photographed and issued an appearance ticket. She will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 4, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
