Alan D. Tidd Jr., 30, of Oak St., Batavia, a level 3 sex offender, is charged with sex offender failure to change in 10 days, 1st offense, after failing to notify a change in his internet identifier status within 10 days of the change on May 19, 2020.
Tidd Jr. failed to disclose an email he had been allegedly using to exchange pornographic material, solicit sexual acts and create accounts on dating websites.
Tidd Jr. was released on an appearance ticket and he will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020.
Genesee County Parole assisted in the case.
Darrell Smith, 53, of Jerome Pl., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd after an investigation into a domestic incident on May 31, 2020.
Smith allegedly struck another person causing injury.
Smith was arraigned and released. He will appear in City Court on July 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Shawna M. Pursel, 42, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after allegedly entering a residence on Eleanor Place on June 3, 2020, and refusing to leave when asked.
Pursel was arraigned via Skype in City Court and released on recognizance.
Pursel is scheduled to return to court on July 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
