WYOMING COUNTY/COVID-19 Update/One new positive case reported

Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis reports as of earlier today, Monday, June 8th, the Wyoming County Health Department report eighty-three (83) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. That is an increase of one (1) case since the last reported increase on Monday, June 1st.

Northwest (*Attica, Bennington, Orangeville, Sheldon) 28 positive cases, 28 recoveries, 0 deaths.
Southwest (Arcade, Eagle, Java, Wethersfield) 16 positive cases, 15 recoveries, 0 deaths.
Southeast (Castile, Gainesville, Genesee Falls, Pike) 15 positive cases, 15 recoveries, 0 deaths.
Northeast (Covington, Middlebury, Perry, Warsaw) 24 positive cases, 19 recoveries, 5 deaths.
TOTAL– 83 positive cases, 77 recoveries, 5 deaths
(*Two (2) of the cases reported in the Northwest Quadrant are attributed to the Attica Correctional Facility.)
