On June 5, 2020 at 10:08 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Duane M. Rider, 59, of Perry, NY, for driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely.
On June 5, 2020, Troopers stopped Rider on Rt.20A in the town of Perry for failure to maintain lane.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Rider recorded a .13% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Perry court for July 2020.
