Kevin J. Kisiel, 60, of Creek Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, following a traffic stop on Lehigh avenue in Batavia on June 13, 2020 at 4:30p.m.
Kisiel was issued traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on August 5, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Amanda M. Webb, 31, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after an investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on June 15, 2020.
Webb was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana, amphetamine/dextroamphetamine and lorazepam following an investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, City of Batavia Police Department, Genesee County Probation Department and the Genesee County Local Drug Task.
Webb was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
