Jaequele M. Tomlin, 25, of Holland Ave., Batavia is charged with disorderly conduct following a report that he intentionally entered the roadway a 1 Batavia City Center, Main street, on June 7, 2020 at 2:54p.m.
Tomlin allegedly obstructed traffic on Main street. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Also charged is Robert D. Wood, 29, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia. Wood is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd and resisting arrest after allegedly attempting to prevent a City of Batavia police officer from arresting another person at 1 Batavia City Center on June 7, 2020 at 3:15p.m.
Wood was transported to Batavia Police Headquarters, issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Shane H. Zimblis, 49, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, criminal contempt 1st and attempted robbery after an incident on Bank street on June 10, 2020 at 11:30p.m.
Zimblis was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Jamie M. Cyr, 38, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation into an order of protection violation on June 10, 2020.
Cyr allegedly violated a stay away order of protection. He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on bail.
Cyr is due back in court on July 9, 2020.
Michael T. Showler, 48, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd on June 13, 2020, after allegedly violating an order of protection issued by City Court.
Showler was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
