Raymond B. Howard Sr., 56, of Curlew St., Rochester, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court on June 21, 2020.
Howard was charged with sex offender failing to verify address/90 days/1st offense, and sex offender failed to register address within 10 days on December 23, 2019.
He was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.
Howard will return to City Court on July 23, 2020 at 11:00a.m.
Darius L. Jones, 28, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal trespass 3rd, after a domestic incident in the City of Batavia on June 24, 2020.
Jones fled the scene on foot and was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. While being taken into custody, a quantity of suspected crack cocaine, fentanyl strips, as well as packaging material for sales was located.
Jones was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
He is scheduled to re-appear in court at a later date.
Rachael L. Rodvik, 43, of Barry St., Sweden, NY, was arrested on a warrant following an investigation by Det. Ivison into a fraud incident that occurred between December 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020 at 25 Liberty street.
Rodvik is charged with falsifying business records 2nd, falsifying business records, petit larceny and grand larceny 4th. She was arraigned by Judge Rogers in City Court and released on her own recognizance.
Rodvik will return to court on August 13, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Luis J. Santiago, 32, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident on June 23, 2020.
Santiago allegedly contacted a protected party of an order of protection.
He was processed at BPD headquarters and released with an appearance ticket. Santiago is scheduled to return to City Court on July 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
